Classic long Italian tomatoes, harvested at peak ripeness from the South of Italy. Skinned and immersed in dense tomato juice. They offer a sweet flavor and intense color to your rich and creamy sauces.

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.

Pairs beautifully with spaghetti Bolognese, lasagna, shakshuka or tomato-based curries. Also ideal for pizza sauce or slow-cooked meat stews.

How to cook

1. Open and drain excess liquid.
2. Chop or crush tomatoes as needed.
3. Simmer with olive oil, garlic, herbs or meat for 15–20 minutes.
4. Use as a base for sauces, soups or stew.
