Pairs beautifully with slow-cooked beef stew, grilled mushrooms, melted cheese or tomato-based sauces. Also ideal as a base for roasted vegetables or pan-fried sausage.
How to cook
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
- Add salt to taste and slowly whisk in 250g of polenta.
- Stir continuously for 5–8 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Serve immediately or let cool and grill, bake or fry.
