Soft and pillowy gnocchi made from 80% potato purée blended with wheat and rice flour for perfect texture and flavor. Inspired by traditional Italian recipes

Pairs beautifully with creamy cheese sauces, pesto alla Genovese, tomato and basil, or melted butter with sage and parmesan. Also great baked with mozzarella and marinara.

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.

How to cook

1. Bring water added with salt to a boil.
2. Add gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes or until they float to the surface.
3. Drain gently and toss with your preferred sauce.
