E-mart Kenya has a same-day fast delivery guarantee in Nairobi.
Deliveries are generally done daily Monday through Friday between 7 am - 7 pm. Saturdays and Sundays as well as public holidays we deliver from 9 am to 4 pm to residences.
E-mart Kenya has both express deliveries which are between 30 minutes to 2 hours in Nairobi as well as scheduled deliveries which can be the next day or at a customer-requested time..
To select a delivery type when you place your order:
Sign in to your E-mart Kenya Account.
Add the eligible item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
Select between scheduled or express delivery. The fee will be added to your total.
Check out successfully.
When your order is processed and ready for delivery, you will be contacted by phone, text, or e-mail to confirm the delivery.
Note:
Make sure the phone number for the delivery address is up-to-date in Your Account. Customer care will call you or text you prior to your delivery to confirm the appointment. You can update the phone number for the address in question by going to the Manage Address Book section of Your Account.
Once you place an order, it is not possible to change the shipping address or phone number. If you've placed an order with an incorrect address or phone number, contact us.
