1.       Who are we?

E-mart Kenya is an online supermarket portal that enables you to shop using your phone or PC anywhere you are and have your order delivered to your doorstep with no minimum order in less than 2 hours or at your preferred delivery time and place.

2.       Why shop with us?

Today's customer seeks the convenience of one-stop shopping that we offer. From grocery and entertainment to over-the-counter medications, we provide the deep assortment that our customers appreciate right on their fingertips.

3.       Do you deliver

Yes, we deliver across Nairobi but also make special arrangements for delivery to other areas including:

NB: Due to Logistical challenges we do not deliver outside Kenya but plans are underway to scale operations to the COMESA regions.

4.       How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge only Kshs 300 (same day) for scheduled deliveries and Kshs 400 (60-120 minutes) for urgent deliveries across Nairobi and other calculated affordable prices for other counties across Kenya.

5.       Are your products genuine

We do not stock any products and only deliver verified, genuine products sold by our vendors.

The receipt will confirm the same and can as well as be used in case of quality standard issues with any products delivered to you.

6.       What are your hours of operation

We operate  from 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday - Friday

Saturdays - Sundays and Public Holidays we operate between 9 am and 4 pm. 

Orders after 7 pm will automatically be scheduled for delivery the next day or at the most convenient time for the client.

Many customers choose to have delivery in the next 2 hours, while others opt to schedule their delivery for when they will be home or up to 6 days in advance.

7. How can I create an account?

You can create an account by using your email address or phone number to sign up.

You can also click on the Whats App icon on the home page and type in your shopping list. We will handle the rest and deliver your order with both your invoice.

Accounts are not limited to one delivery address or even one area! Entering a new delivery address when you log in will provide us with your new desired delivery location.

Use of any account you create will be subject to our Terms of Service.

8. Who does the shopping?

E-mart Kenya Personal Shoppers fulfill your orders. They will pick your produce, carefully select all your items, and handle any items that are out of stock.

You can even leave a note in the comment section about the ripeness or your produce upon checkout.

E-mart Kenya Personal Shoppers go out of their way to select the best available items. They pay close attention to expiration dates and carefully handle delicate items like eggs and bottles.

If an item you order is out of stock, the E-mart Kenya personal shopper will make an appropriate replacement and contact you to verify it.

9. E-mart Kenya Gift Shopping

Make someone's day by giving the gift of home grocery delivery!

You can create an order and direct us to whom you want the grocery gift to be delivered with a complimentary flower from us to add that extra touch of joy to your surprise.

Are you in the Diaspora and wish to send some groceries to your family here in Kenya? Click on the WhatsApp icon and send us the shopping list and delivery address.

10. Delivery for the office

Shop for the office without leaving your desk! E-mart Kenya offers same-day delivery or advanced scheduling for weekly supplies or special events.

When placing an office or other commercial delivery order, we recommend you add the following information in the delivery instructions:

Your building/floor/suite information

Name and phone number for the delivery contact (if different than the account number and/or name on the account)

On-site or nearby parking information

Security requirements for building or parking entry

We also recommend you alert your security desk/ receptionist before delivery.

This is where you have a dedicated personal shopper that understands and processes your shopping. It can be from different shops or just that particular list or shopping with a touch of excellence for those special occasions when shopping for a gift or specific, unique items.
