Preparation
1. Empty the 350g jar into a pan. Heat for 3–4 minutes on medium-low.
2. Pasta: Boil your preferred pasta in salted water.
3. Drain the pasta 2 minutes early, and Toss the drained pasta into the simmering arrabbiata sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of the salty pasta water
4. Stir for 1 minute over the heat so the sauce clings to the pasta. Top with a generous handful of freshly chopped parsley and a final swirl of raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
6. Ready to serve.
