Kwells Hyoscine Hydrobromide Travel Sickness 12 Tablets are a fast-acting treatment for preventing and controlling motion sickness in adults and children over 10 years of age. They can be sucked, chewed, or swallowed 30 minutes before traveling or at the onset of nausea. 

Dosage and administration

• Adults (and children 12+ in some regions)
• Take 1 to 2 tablets, then repeat every 4 to 6 hours if needed.
• Do not exceed 3 to 4 tablets in 24 hours, depending on the specific product and regional guidelines. 
• Children over 10 years
• Take half or one tablet every 6 hours, as required.
• Do not give your child more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.
