Garcinia cambogia is made from the rind of the Malabar Tamarind, a fruit used in India for centuries as a remedy and as a spice. The rind is rich in hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is stabilised with Calcium.

Garcinia cambogia works by inhibiting the synthesis of fatty acids in the liver and promotes an increased availability of Glycogen, sending a ‘full’ signal to the brain.
