Active ingredients

• Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules: A combination of paracetamol, caffeine, and phenylephrine hydrochloride.
• Lemsip Max All in One Capsules: A combination of paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, and guaifenesin.
• Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules: A pack containing different daytime and nighttime capsules. The daytime capsules include paracetamol, phenylephrine HCl, and caffeine, while the nighttime capsules contain only paracetamol and phenylephrine HCl. 

Uses and benefits

• Paracetamol acts as a painkiller and fever reducer to relieve headaches, body aches, and high temperatures.
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages, relieving a blocked nose and sinus pressure.
• Caffeine is a mild stimulant that helps to combat fatigue and drowsiness during the day (present in some versions).
• Guaifenesin is an expectorant that loosens and clears chesty coughs (present in the All in One version). 

Dosage and administration

Always read the enclosed leaflet before use. The capsules should be swallowed whole with water and not chewed. 

• Adults and children 16 and over: Take two capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
• Maximum dosage: Do not take more than eight capsules in any 24-hour period.
• Duration: Do not use for more than five days without consulting a doctor.
