• Active Ingredients: Each sachet contains 1000mg of paracetamol (a painkiller) and 12.2mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride (a decongestant).
• Purpose: The combination of ingredients is effective in relieving cold and flu symptoms, including:
• Blocked or runny nose
• Headaches
• Sore throat
• Fever
• Body aches and pains
• Directions
• Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug.
• Add hot, but not boiling, water and stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
• Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired.
• Dosage
• One sachet every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
