Fybogel Hi-fibre lemon 10 Sachets

Fybogel Hi-fibre lemon 10 sachets is a bulk-forming laxative used to treat constipation and maintain bowel regularity. The product contains 10 sachets, and the active ingredient is ispaghula husk, a natural source of soluble fiber. 

Fybogel works by increasing the bulk of your stool with fiber, which helps your digestive system function more efficiently. This process occurs naturally and typically produces results within 24 to 72 hours. 

Fybogel can be used by most adults and children over 6 years old. It is also suitable for use during pregnancy to relieve constipation. 

To use Fybogel, fill a glass with cold water (150-240 ml), add the sachet contents, stir, and drink immediately, ideally after a meal. 

Follow the dosage instructions provided with the product or by a healthcare professional.

Do not take Fybogel just before sleep. Drink plenty of water to prevent bowel obstruction. If constipation continues for three days, see a doctor. Do not take a double dose if you miss one. 

Mild and temporary side effects may include bloating and flatulence. Rare allergic reactions can occur, requiring immediate medical help if symptoms like sudden swelling of the face or difficulty breathing appear. 

Do not use Fybogel if you have a bowel obstruction, muscle weakness in the bowel, an allergy to ispaghula husk or other ingredients, phenylketonuria, or are taking medications that cause constipation. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have other medical conditions or take other medicines. Take Fybogel at least 30 minutes before or after other medications.
