This product taken 3 times a day provides 100% RDA (recommended daily allowance) of the nutrients Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, associated with bones and was formulated accordingly.

DIRECTIONS

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times a day swallowed with water.

Children over 5 years dose: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the evening.
