Cabernet Sauvignon – 5%, Merlot – 15%, Malbec and Petit Verdot- 5%
Vinification
After the grapes are hand-picked, the blend is traditionally vinified in steel vats at a controlled temperature encouraging the development of aromas, for 2 to 3 weeks. As soon as it matures, the wine is bottled right there at the estate.
Ageing
1 to 6 years allowing the wine’s taste and aroma to develop.
Serving Temperature
16 – 18 degrees celsius.
