LEPICOL - 180 CAPSULES - PROTEXIN

Lepicol is a multi-fibre source product containing gentle Psyllium husk as well as Inulin which is a prebiotic fibre source. Together these two ingredients go a long way to help provide your recommended daily intake of fibre. The third key ingredient of Lepicol are 5 bacteria strains.

Lepicol is a multi-fibre source product containing gentle Psyllium husk as well as Inulin which is a prebiotic fibre source.

Together these two ingredients go a long way to help provide your recommended daily intake of fibre.  The third key ingredient of Lepicol are 5 bacteria strains. 

Ingredients:
Psyllium husks, Inulin, live bacteria, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethanecellulose)
 
Bacteria Strains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Bifidobacterium bifidum
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus plantarum
Lactobacillus bulgaricus
 
Minimum of 120 million CFU/g per dose

For best results take Lepicol 30 minutes before a meal.
Adults take 2-8 capsules once or twice daily followed by 2-3 glasses of water or juice
Children take 2-5 capsules once or twice daily with at least 1 glass of water or juice.  The capsules can be opened and poured into water or juice if preferred.  Parents should seek the guidance of their practitioner before giving lepicol to children under 11 years.

After two weeks, for some people, the number of Lepicol capsules taken daily can be reduced.
