“One of my favorites! Delicious from beginning to end. Fresh and clean flavors, smooth in the mouth. Honey, green tea,  flowers, spring water. “

About the Hibiki

Hibiki Suntory Whisky is an admired premium blended whisky launched in 1989. An exquisite amalgamation of Japanese malt and grain whiskies meticulously blended to curate a full orchestra of flavors and aromas. The blend is presented in the brand’s trademark 24-faceted bottle portraying the different Japanese seasons. This expression is inspired by the concept of Hibiki-meaning Harmony elegantly packaged in a Japanese Washi Paper gift box, making it an attractive gift for whisky lovers and collectors.

How it is Curated

The Hibiki Japanese Harmony is made with malt whiskies and grain whisky from the Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita distillery. The whiskies are derived from 5 different types of casks, including Mizunara oak casks, Sherry casks, American white oak casks. This blend is uniquely crafted from the Suntory Whisky blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii.
