Duzela 30 mg capsules contain Duloxetine 30 mg which is used in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorder, diabetic nerve pain, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain and stress urinary incontinence.
Duzela 30 mg Capsule works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline), natural substances in the brain that help maintain mental balance and stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. It is a controlled drug in Kenya and a valid prescription from a registered doctor is required to obtain the prescribed doses.

How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Duzela 30 mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Precautions
Duzela 30 mg Capsule may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol. Duzela 30 mg Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy and should be used with caution during lactation. Duzela 30 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor. It is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
