Head Ease Blend:

• 3 drops lavender oil
• 3 drops peppermint oil
• 3 drops chamomile oil

Extraction Method: Steam Distilled from flowering tops.

DIRECTIONS

Bath: 5-10 drops.

Vaporiser: 3-5 drops.

Body & massage:5 drops/10ml base oil.

Tips: Put a few drops on your pillow for restful sleep - may also be used for children / or rub a few drops into soles of the feet prior to retiring. May also be used neat as a perfume and to scent household linen etc.

Lavender oil does double duty for insect bites. It acts as an insect repellent, and it can relieve itching after a bite occurs. 

Carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
