Quest Synergistic Selenium is a selenium diet supplement in combination with C & E vitamins that increase its absorption.

Selenium is a fat-soluble antioxidant that significantly boosts the immune system and protects cells and organs from oxidative stress. Selenium is a predominant component of the antioxidant enzyme, glutathione peroxidase. It also contributes to normal spermatogenesis, to maintaining the physiological state of the nails and to the normal thyroid function. Vitamins C and E also help protect cells from oxidative stress.
